MR.MADHUSOODNANAN. A. V, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Has experience in finance, people management, marketing and Quality management. He has proved to be fully competent in running the organization. Being a Director he oversees the activities of Vrudhi Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd., with marketing and client relation. This is the man who makes sure that our existing clientele and our internal clientele (staff members) are satisfied and happy with our services at all times by overseeing the operations.

MRS. SUSMITHA. C, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

She is an experienced HR Manager. She brings into the organization people management experience and is being trained on Occupational, health and safety acts, Labor relations act, employment equity, skills development act etc. she overseas quality in our various sites.

For supporting these Directors, we have a group of advisory board including professionals from Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Lawyers, National/International Facility Firms, Retired Labour Officers, Labour consultants, Tax advisors, Govt. Representatives and Bankers etc. for giving excellent ideas for progress of the company and also for getting latest information about modern marketing trends and systematic management.

In addition to this we have General Managers -HR & PR/Finance & Admin./Marketing and Client Relation/Operations, Managers for Finance/Operations/Training, Assistant Managers- Operations/Branch Heads/Field Officers/Stationed Supervisors, Office Supporting Executives in Admin./Finance/Operation/HR/PR/Stores/Garments/Sales, etc. who are well trained in management of people and client need.
